1 Year Check-Up

Super Model! Those were the words of Ella’s pediatrician today at her check-up. To put it plainly, she’s tall and skinny. (20th percentile in weight and 97th percentile in height) We’ve heard you are supposed to double their height at the age of two. At this point, if she doesn’t grow an inch in the next year, she’d be as tall as her Mimi! Joel and I figure she’ll be tall like her Aunt Kristin. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Everything else checked out great. She screamed the minute the doctor came in the room and wouldn’t let go of my neck to get on the table. I suppose she remembered the last time he wanted to clean out her ears…..it wasn’t pleasant.
